Every year Visa member services required “preferred agency vendors” to do a credentials presentation to its staff. This particular review was organized in the same manner as that of “speed dating”: each vendor was given a table from which to present, and Visa staffers went from table to table. Each presentation was limited to 15 minutes, and then staffers rotated. In this environment, we knew we needed to make ourselves stand out. In the two weeks that we were given to create the materials and develop our presentation, my studio photographed and retouched key team members, produced 25 capabilities booklets, and output a customized bannerstand background, completely in-house.
